Job Description
Our client is working directly with a global manufacturing group to find them an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator, that is a specialist with SAP systems.
The position will begin as a remote opportunity, progressing to two days per week on site (or more if preferred by candidate).
You should have a strong history maintaining payroll on SAP systems, and be able to hit the ground running. It is key that you are also able to commit to the 6 month contract, as the company needs to be assured of your stability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Payroll administration- focusing on maintaining timely and accurate results, while providing the necessary reports and interfaces to ensure compliance with DE statutory legislation & governance
- Be a knowledgeable and personable first point of contact for employee Payroll/Payslip queries
- Make changes to the (NGA) Payroll system, to ensure the delivery of an accurate payroll process, meet all legislation requirements, third party deductions and benefits administration
- Maintenance of other in-house data bases to align payroll data
- Ensure timely, reliable, and accurate payment to third party statutory or Government collection organisations
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Over 7 years’ Payroll experience on SAP systems
- Confidence and knowledge to hit the ground running
- Experience working in industries/companies with varying payrolls
- SAP Superuser would be given priority
- NGA Payroll experience would be beneficial
- Good references proving commitment to projects
- Experience with multi-site companies
- Able to start immediately/short notice
