Job Description
You will be supporting the design team with a variety administrative duties, as well as managing internal and external queries both on the phone and over email. Having a natural attention to detail and a methodical approach to work with a desire to always deliver accuracy will ensure you fully excel in this role and achieve your bonuses!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collating all enquiries that come through via email / phone
- Formatting and entering enquires onto the in-house system
- Allocating enquiries to the correct team in the field
- Liaising with Account Managers, members of the Design Team and other departments to ensure that the information received is correct and querying any errors or anomalies
- Checking the database system to ensure live orders are checked against amendments

- Bonus is achieved based on accuracy and attendance

- 30 days holiday per year including 8 statutory days increasing to 33 days after 6 years of employment
- Hours of work Mon – Thurs 08:30 -17:00 (45 minutes lunch) Fri – 08:30 – 16:00 (1 hour lunch)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In order to fulfil the role of Administrator, you will need to have lots of experience working in a fast-paced administrative role, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and be capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines, you must also have excellent organizational, written and numerical skills and be a good timekeeper that can manage their own workload effectively.
