• Conducting all team briefs/debriefs
• Promoting a high performance culture within a warehousing environment
• Train and develop new starters as/when necessary
• Produce reports on staff performance
• Propose and implement operational changes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Has a strong background in warehousing management Experience of managing teams of over 5 is essential Knowledge or training in LEAN/5s is an advantage A background in chilled/FMCG distribution is an advantage
