Job Description

For this role it is important that you have proven experience in both Sales and Customer Service based positions but can also able to manage general administration when processing orders and dealing with all relevant documentation relating to customer orders.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service to existing clients whilst still meeting sales objectives for the team/company. Will need to be have a confident approach when dealing with customers, providing a high standard of service and maximizing sales opportunities for the business. Good communication skills both verbal and written along with the ability to resolve any issues or complaints if required relating to products.
