Job Description

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Working Monday-Friday 07.00-15.00, 08.00-16.00 OR 09.00-17.00
  • To support the activities of the transport department by ensuring that all relevant administration duties are carried out on time and are accurate whilst providing excellent customer service support
  • Report all administrative problems or restraints to the management team
  • Fuel data recording, reporting and accuracy checks
  • Ensure that all figures and data are maintained and updated as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IT skills using outlook, word, Excel and company systems. Communication Skills - written and Verbal. Previous administration experience. Strong organizational and planning skills, able to priorities work and meet strict deadlines.
