Job Description
Reporting into the Practice Director, this role will initially be home based working.
Processing end to end payroll for client base
HMRC filings
Auto enrolment
Very conversant in SAGE payroll
Admin: (40%)
Answer the incoming calls and transfer internally
Managed incoming and outgoing post
Onboarding of new clients - adding to database software, generating engagement letters, registering for taxes and authorization, updating companies house with changes
All other associated admin tasks
Admin support with payroll

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Payroll Experience from an Accountancy Practice - essential. Sage Payroll knowledge - essential. Ability to work from home with own initiative - essential. Team player and strong communicator - essential.
