We are a leading recruitment agency with a division specializing within food manufacturing and our client is one of the largest employer in the area producing freshly baked premium cakes and desserts for a variety of customers.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Liaising with Goods In for the next day's bookings.
Using SAP to find the materials on the bookings.
Inputting the deliveries into a customer's online system
Liaising with the Bakeries to collect paperwork once a run is completed and helping solving problems if a batch problem arises
Carrying out a product trace on the collected paperwork and recording the information in Excel, escalate any poor paperwork completion with the Factory Management/Technical Managers
Inputting the collated information into a customer's online system with attachments.
Auditing the systems on a periodic basis to ensure compliance is met and the factory understand what is required in their day to day activities
Creating an online version of the trace.
Sending information through the customer's online system and responding to any highlighted issues
Any other office duties or requests from your peers
Working hours are: 08:30- 16:30 on a Monday- Friday basis
The role will require flexibility around working weekends on a similar shift pattern.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Attention to detail. Flexibility to suggest improvements. Desirable- previous SAP experience but not essential. Good communication skills across the relevant departments. IT skills such as excel, word and power point are desirable. Good standard of numeracy. Good organizational skills. Applicants should be able to work on their own without supervision. Must be flexible with working hours - as the system and process develops hours may change.
