The key responsibilities for the Operations Manager role would be:

• Accountability for all scheduling of vehicles in to the yard
• Responsibility for the 2 man delivery operation
• Responsible for 30 + people including 2 Team Leaders on the night shift
• Setting up Health and Safety procedures throughout the shift
• Daily reporting of figures
• Effective management of resource
• Daily briefings with the team to set expectations

Previous experience of managing in a very fast paced environment Previous experience of managing a team Experience of setting targets and KPIs Process driven Ambitions and not afraid to implement new ideas Previous experience of scheduling vehicles
