The Programme Administrator is the key contact for external participants and stakeholders who engage with the Carnegie School of Education CPD programmes. Their purpose is to ensure an exceptional participant experience by acting as a focal point for communication from initial enquiry to assessment and providing guidance and information to internal colleagues and external associates. The role is varied, requiring a broad skill set and the ability to cope with multiple simultaneous demands.
