Job Description

Reporting into the MD the Operations Manager will manage all manufacturing and logistics through a team of direct reports tasked with improving ways of working and efficiencies. You will develop existing systems whilst supporting the technical and commercial teams driving new product development.

Other day to day responsibilities will include:

• Building structures and succession plans across the operation
• Mentoring and coaching direct reports and other employees
• Owning the full CAPEX and OPEX budget to ensure the business continues to grow and improve
• Playing a significant role in the senior management team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Posses demonstrable experience in running complex manufacturing operations Have a strong analytical and data led way of working Be a proven leader with the capability of growing into a directorship Possess relevant qualifications (ideally degree)
