Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiast Web Administrator. An opportunity has arisen for a varied role to cover all aspects of website administration. This is an exciting role that will appeal to someone looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to develop and enhance the websites that we currently have on a WordPress Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide input to support the best possible results from a copy/content perspective, understanding the direction, tone of voice, target audience and the product, services and solutions involved in the campaign.

· Coordinate with Sales team to fully understand the services and seasonal launches

  • Pricing items and updating any pricing changes; conducting competitor research to price items
  • Develop weekly and monthly reporting, focusing on customer engagement and conversion. Perform analysis of digital channel conversion to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvements.
  • Provide guidance and insight around best practice on how copy can be improved for campaign progression, copy variations for testing and general observations

· Following industry best practice and new techniques as developments are made in the market place.

  • Updating websites and blogs using CMS.
  • Review and analyze competitor behavior, provide a recommendations report on findings.
  • Create, maintain and optimize product content (e.g. sales copy, product attributes, images) for websites, ensuring all products are well structured and easy to purchase for customers
  • Using data quality reports to ensure the most accurate product information on our websites
  • Managing the data of products and liaising with other suppliers to ensure correct data consistency and quality
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure the creation of SEO enriched web content; including web landing pages and blog content
  • Manage social media channels and provide digital marketing support
  • SEO / PPC optimization
  • Manage email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the generating of sales using various multi-channel e-commerce platforms along site Social Media Marketing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Applicants must have a working knowledge of WordPress · A working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Analytics, SEO tools, Microsoft Office and design software. · A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role of web content management, HTML, SEO copywriting, with a proven track record of improving ranking and frequency of results in all areas. · Excellent copywriting with a high level competency in English grammar, punctuation, spelling with awareness of tone of voice. · Scrupulous proof reader who pays attention to detail as a matter of course. · Strong organizational skills. · Good self-motivation with a positive can do attitude, flexible, working collaboratively with teams · A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role of SEO & copy writing, with a proven track record of improving ranking and frequency of results in all areas. · A passion for delivering great online customer experience with an ability to simplify complexity of products and services for the customer while hooking readers in to create lead enquiries. · Experience of working in a multi-channel and multi-format content environment. · Experience in measuring digital activity & performance. · Excellent problem solving skills with an ability and willingness to learn new tools and programmes. Experience: WordPress: 2 years (Preferred)
