Job Description

We are a forward thinking Property Management company based in Hyde Park, Leeds, providing exceptional services for professionals and students, who have been recognized nationally in the property industry.

Due to expansion, we are now recruiting for an administrator within our busy Bills Inc. team.

The main role is to liaise between suppliers and the accounts team and ensure that you set up and maintain all Bills Inc. accounts. The ability to problem solve, make good use of initiative and continuously deliver organization and customer service is essential to succeeding in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be required to;

  • Liaise with utility suppliers, ensuring we are on the best rates to maximize profits, negotiating new contracts and fault management.
  • Ensure records for the Bills Inc. portfolio are kept up to date and accurate, including any information given by the supplier.
  • Visit properties within our portfolio and ensure that a clear image is recorded of all meters as required and plotting usage.
  • General office administration.
  • Respond to queries in line with the service level agreement.
  • Processing supplier invoices and debt collection.
  • Liaising with our tenants and problem solving.

Work remotely:

  • Temporarily due to COVID-19

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for a bright and personable individual who can relate to a varied client base and work well in a team. Attention to detail is a must, whilst also operating in a busy environment. It is vital that you enjoy multi-tasking and work well under pressure. Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Required). Problem Solving: 1 year (Preferred).
