Key Responsibilities include:
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
inbound and Outbound calling, building rapport with existing and new clients handling their queries
Accurately completing all customer details, meeting our quality process at all times.
Updating and Maintain CRM.
Managing the sales team’s administration
Updating customer records on the database, maintaining your Sales Pipeline
Always maintaining a professional approach and manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Telephone experience. Knowledge of the Telecoms/Utilities Sector is useful but not essential, as we offer a comprehensive training program. Can communicate effectively & professionally to all customers. The ability to work as a team player and support colleagues when and where necessary. You must be enthusiastic, passionate and hard working. Excellent computing skills are required. Willing to learn and develop with the ability to easily absorb new and changing information.
