Job Description

We are looking to recruit a French speaking Internal Sales Administrator to join a building supplies organization based in Castleford, West Yorkshire. You will be joining a highly successful team and the company have invested in new offices recently close with easy access via public transport and car.

The role will be to speak to clients based in France to quote prices, take orders, answer queries, and overcome issues with orders. As you will be dealing with French clients you MUST be fluent in French.

Main duties:

  • Liaising with French clients
  • Taking sales orders
  • Answering quote queries
  • Processing orders
  • Reporting sales figures
  • Issuing simple invoices
  • General administration of the department
  • Assisting other team members

In return you will receive:

  • Full time permanent role

- £22,000 - £23,000 per annum DOE

  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Free parking
  • Government pension

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be able to speak fluent French. Have experience in an administration role previously. Have sales experience. Be confident to deal with issues that may arise when dealing with clients. Be a team player.
