A long established, fast growing letting agency based in Bradford City Centre, is looking for a Lettings Administrator.
Due to the continued growth we are now looking to employ someone to assist with the management and letting of our portfolio of properties in Bradford.
This very varied job will involve:
Marketing of properties and fielding enquiries
Receiving and responding to all lettings applicants through emails, walk-ins and telephone calls.
Organizing and conducting viewings of properties
Assisting in managing the ongoing tenancies
Carrying out end of tenancy inspections
Chasing rental arrears
Paying invoices
Conducting Health & Safety checks
Full time hours with occasional Saturday.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The position will suit an enthusiastic individual, with previous property/lettings experience, good customer service and IT skills, and an ability to interact well with customers and colleagues alike.Strong customer service skills. Strong telephone skills. Good IT skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic proficiency in math. Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Required). Lettings: 1 year (Required).
