Job Description
Being the first point of call for the business
Dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and via email
Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
Working alongside the company directors to ensure smooth running of the business
Day to day running of the office
Answering all incoming calls into the quarry.
Managing deliveries.
Supporting other employees.
Processing orders.
Creating and mailing invoices (Sage).
Credit control.
Purchase Ledger.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidate must be welcoming, self-motivated, trustworthy, and be a fast learner who has great attention to detail. Must be a team player. Must have strong IT Skills. Ability to priorities workload and work under pressure. Must speak fluent English, other languages would be an advantage. Previous office experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft and Sage would be an advantage. Experience: admin: 5 years (Required)
