As we expand our business, a new and exciting opportunity has been created for an individual to join the team and provide full administrative support in the processing and management of mortgage and Insurance business.
Experience in mortgage & protection administration is essential.
Duties:
Creating client files
Liaising with lenders, providers. Solicitors and clients
Processing and supporting mortgage & protection applications through to completion
Liaising and supporting clients regularly providing updates and information through the application process
Daily liaison with lenders and providers from application through to completion
Ensuring all relevant CRM systems are updated
Providing the mortgage advisers with clear and concise updates
Submitting information and data, accurately and efficiently
Completing and submitting of adviser files for compliance
There will also be the opportunity to assist on the Wealth Advisory Department as and when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have a fantastic telephone manner. Experienced and confident using Microsoft office. Previous mortgage administration/Paraplanner experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Experience: Mortgage and Protection Administration: 1 year (Required)
