Job Description

Maintain an official track of the Company's financial records including purchases, sales receipts and payments, so when if comes to filing accounts there is an accurate trail of all banking transactions to pass over to the Company Accountant for quarterly VAT and Annual accounts preparation. Organize Supplier payments and liase with Managing Director to ensure correct pricing is being used.

Customer service:

Process all customer orders / delivery notes / time planning with operations team Prepare orders for warehouse team daily Build customer relationships

Personnel Duties:

Prepare and maintain Employee contracts and personal documentation. Ensure all Health & Safety and Risk Assessment documentation is completed by Directors and Employees General Duties: Maintain up to date records of Companys' fleet of vehicles, insurance, tax and MOT's Maintain all relevant business insurances Order all office stationary.

Work closely with the managing director, emailing customers on his behalf.

Hours of work:

8am - 4:30pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience: admin: 2 years (Preferred). Accounts & invoicing: 2 years (Preferred).
