This a varied role providing high quality administrative support services for the Learning & Development Team and includes co-ordination of the Trust Training Programme, arranging training courses, liaising with course facilitators and subject matter experts, dealing with enquiries via telephone and email and providing eLearning support to staff.
Support the provision of all Learning & Development for all Trust staff. Ensuring the continued high standards which the department currently maintains.
Implement weekly and monthly standard procedures/audits and maintenance of training data.
The key function of the department is to help staff realize their potential, to identify and develop leadership capabilities within the organization. To be responsible for developing, facilitating and implementing all aspects of education, training and organizational development for the Trust and ensure that national and local initiatives are met, including employee development and mandatory training.
