Job Description

To provide administrative assistance to the UK Trade Marketing Manager, prepare product documents, manage UK social media presence and other such marketing functions. To fulfil the requirements for inter-company / inter-divisional communications using the Company’s intranet and other media. Based in the Commercial Department.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Help gather and analyze data and competitors, and from elsewhere, to provide market intelligence.
  • Work with us to ensure that we presents to our market in the most effective way.
  • Develop and maintain company’s internal and external digital communications and media platforms.
  • Input into the strategy of our internal communications and administer the delivery of appropriate internal communication channels.
  • Produce internal documents in a range of formats to promote improved dissemination of information and cross-divisional communication that supports the Company’s values.
  • Assist in the creation of 3D Rendered Visuals using appropriate software to quickly demonstrate new and conceptual designs for cases and their application in store and play a key part in bringing these concepts to market.
  • Gather and prepare presentations for products and services in a consistent format for both internal and external use
  • Support in the organization of trade shows and analysis of success

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills · To work on own initiative and have a sales driven attitude · Experience in administering / delivering internal communication channels · Ability to organize and priorities workload · A keen eye for detail, design and precision of output. · IT skills: MS 365 apps, social media platforms. · Media skills: Graphic editing, CAD & BIM skills advantageous · Marketing degree or similar; a previous Marketing / Communications role a preference.Experience: Marketing / Communications: 2 years (Preferred). Education: Certificate of Higher Education (Preferred).
