Job Description

Our client is actively looking to appoint an experienced Financial Administrator on a part time basis for our client based in West Bromwich.

This role will be dealing with a whole range of accounting operations. Providing financial data and support to the Finance Manager and to administrate a weekly payroll.

Responsibilities:-

  • Processing the accounts function for the business
  • End of month information for the Financial Director in addition to the accounts
  • Assist with Insurance claims
  • Quarterly VAT return
  • Payroll admin, from checking of weekly hours through to calculation of payroll

The ideal candidate will be able to use Word & Excel effectively and be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressure at busy times.

You must have good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a Good team worker coupled with excellent time management skills.

The starting salary for this role will be £20,000 - £22,000 Pro Rata.

Hours to be discussed but there will be some flexibility for this position
