Your eye for detail and love for people means that you apply your skills in administration to making the experience of our onsite residents one that is conducive to their healing journey. Working with databases, systems and processes are all in your repertoire of skills and you have the ability to deliver clear and concise documentation and correspondence.
Working closely with the Senior Programme Manager, you will collaborate on bringing training and addressing areas of improvement in our practice. Your experience in residential support and administration allows you to keep an eye to change implementation in line with best practice, sharing your insight with the management team and being an active participant in instilling the Mercy core values into working practices around you.
