Job Description
Tasks include;
- Being first point of contact for all clients.
- Providing an excellent level of administrative support for the sales team
- Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email
- Managing your individual workload by using the personal diary system
- Issuing and chasing client Letters of Authority to providers and collating once received
- Processing and monitoring new stock to be advertised
- Producing reports of daily sales, finance and insurance products
- Scanning and filing documentation electronically
- Answering the door and greeting visitors/clients in an appropriate, professional manner.
- Assisting with reception duties/ general office administration where required.
