Job Description

Tasks include;

  • Being first point of contact for all clients.
  • Providing an excellent level of administrative support for the sales team
  • Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email
  • Managing your individual workload by using the personal diary system
  • Issuing and chasing client Letters of Authority to providers and collating once received
  • Processing and monitoring new stock to be advertised
  • Producing reports of daily sales, finance and insurance products
  • Scanning and filing documentation electronically
  • Answering the door and greeting visitors/clients in an appropriate, professional manner.
  • Assisting with reception duties/ general office administration where required.
