Job Description

Working within the Education Commissioning and Contracts Team your will ensure that an excellent service to staff, trainees and stakeholders is provided by supporting the management and wider team. You will work closely with clinical professional colleagues to support the existing and planned associates workstreams, aligned to the priorities set out within the HEE Mandate.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging meetings, diary management, distribute agendas and papers and take minutes where appropriate
  • Develop and implement administration processes and procedures as required
  • Assist the project support officer with finance queries
  • Compile, interrogate and analyze data
  • Use microsoft office packages - word and excel
