Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to take responsibility for the management of orders, ensuring timely dispatch to the Customer.

Duties to include:

  • Administration of the order management platform to ensure the efficiency picking and packing activity
  • Analysis of data, data entry and reporting
  • Ensuring that all priority orders are dispatched on time and in full.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and escalating issues promptly.
  • Accountable for monitoring order output against appropriate SLA's
  • Liaising with customers to define priorities and responsibilities and manage expectations
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure an accurate and up to date view of the daily priorities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce and wholesale order management processes. Fully computer literate across a variety of platforms A focus on process, procedure and efficiency of operations. Experience: Order Management: 1 year (Required)
