We are seeking an experienced Administrator to take responsibility for the management of orders, ensuring timely dispatch to the Customer.
Duties to include:
Administration of the order management platform to ensure the efficiency picking and packing activity
Analysis of data, data entry and reporting
Ensuring that all priority orders are dispatched on time and in full.
Identifying improvement opportunities and escalating issues promptly.
Accountable for monitoring order output against appropriate SLA's
Liaising with customers to define priorities and responsibilities and manage expectations
Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure an accurate and up to date view of the daily priorities.
