Job Description

You need to have a strong experience in customer service and/or marketing and to have a genuine interest in natural health care and self-development.

Responsibilities:

- General reception including greeting clients, handling phone calls and emails
- Payments and daily banking
- Administrative responsibilities
- Recalls of active and inactive clients
- Providing excellent customer service at ALL times
- Promotion of services, education on natural health. Holding promotional stand in different locations. Responsible to create new strategies for promoting clinic services (new promotion venues, social media, advertising, outside talks, internal marketing campaigns etc.)
- General housekeeping tasks to ensure the clinic is always clean and tidy
- To attend conferences, shows, meetings and training sessions as required by Falcon Chiropractic

Availability during evenings. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, on different shifts from 8am to 2pm or 1pm to 8pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of relevant work experience. Professional, helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone. Most valuable experience: receptionist and/or administrative assistant in the health care industry. Must be able to speak and writes excellent English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be flexible, trustworthy, punctual and reliable. Great organizational skills. Able to multitask. Must be able to perform well under pressure especially during busy clinic hours. Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
