Job Description

You will need be punctual, have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Show a consistent level of organization and be able to priorities and complete tasks efficiently within set time frames. Demonstrating an attention to detail is crucial, along with first-rate IT skills, with a practical knowledge of Microsoft office.

The position is Part Time (16 Hours), 10:00 – 14:00, Monday to Thursday.

Starting wage will be based on experience.

Your duties will include:

  • Working with databases and spreadsheets
  • Managing team calendars
  • Taking calls
  • Working closely with sales personnel
  • Ordering stationery
  • Data inputting
  • Filing
  • Posting samples to customer
