Job Description
- Supporting the Recruitment team in the delivery of the in-house recruitment service.
- The co-ordination of end-to-end recruitment campaigns to source, shortlist and select the best external and internal talent to enable delivery of the service.
- Effectively managing relationships with current and potential colleagues, including candidate response handling at each stage of the recruitment process.
- Utilizing a variety of communication methods and platforms; e-mail, phone and social media.
- Working with the wider team to collate relevant MI reports.
- Management of recruitment team mailbox.
- Provide responsive administrative support to the central recruitment Team as required, including writing job adverts, setting up candidate interviews and providing feedback.
- Working collaboratively with other members of the recruitment team to ensure the success of the team.
- Work with the Learning and Development team to develop recruitment training documentation and deliver training as needed.
- Ownership of the Applicant Tracking System, supporting the wider recruitment team to keep the system updated and current.
- End to end candidate management duties including, CV selection, telephone screens, interview set up, offer support, referencing and DEBS checking and on-boarding.
- Onboarding administration including but not limited to; progressing offers of employment, reference and screening processing.
- Booking rooms and catering as required for recruitment events
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Administration related qualification. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Written and verbal communication skills. Organizational/time management skills. Supportive and flexible. Working knowledge of IT Systems, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Experience of utilizing databases and social media platforms for business use. Background of working in a fast-paced organization. A background of working within social/health care business would be advantageous as is any experience of working in a HR administrative role.
