Job Description

Our Asset Management team has experienced huge success over the past year and are now expanding, with a new opportunity for an individual who can provide both administrative and operational support to our Investment Managers. This is a role offering enormous variety, as you will be immersed in all areas of the business, getting to grips with different processes, people and how to best support them.

You will work collaboratively with Investment Managers, operations, and admin to prepare literature including sales material in addition to producing letters and uploading these to CRM systems. You will be involved in client onboarding, processing of client transfers, daily reconciliations and submitting daily transaction reports to the FCA. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in various ongoing projects.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong background in administrative roles. Experience of a CRM and Portfolio Management system. Exceptional attention to detail. You must be proactive, intuitive and demonstrate confidence when dealing with clients. Experience within investment management, asset/portfolio management or Financial Services is desirable.
