As Commercial and Partnerships admin assistant you will be responsible for supporting the commercial and partnerships team with all administration duties, in orders to deliver ongoing brand campaigns.
This will include the following responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining a database of brands and clients
Organizing contracts and information to be sent across to brands in a timely manner following agreement of a campaign, from the partnerships team
Ensuring brands have all contact details and relevant information to fulfil the sale
Raising and arranging payment of invoices, ensuring payments are made on time and been the main contact with accounts within the partnerships team
Organizing fulfilment of the product or activation of the campaign and keep an updated log of all brands and when they have received documentation
Liaising with the warehouse teams on when to expect stock, ensuring they have a full plan of which products are going within which boxes
Ensuring that all marketing assets are received and uploaded onto the shared drive for Head of Marketing
Supporting the Brand Partnerships manager on all 3rd party contracts and ensuring they have all relevant information such as images and copy
Ensuring that all partners have up to date monthly copy and imagery
Updating and circulating reports to the team on a weekly / monthly basis
This role would suit someone looking for flexible working, 24 hours per which week can be split across 3-5 days
