Our client based in West Bromwich are currently looking to recruit an Business Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis to start immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established company and full training will be given.
Main Duties:
Responsible for preparing and reporting on annual resource budgets
Develop and maintain productive internal relationships across the business
Manage the raising of purchase orders
Manage temporary and permanent employees’ processes and procedures including inductions
General reception duties
Manage Payroll activities
Supports H&S policies and procedures
Supports with contractor and vendor liaisons
Responsible for the administration supporting facilities management
Front of house duties
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
Intermediate Microsoft skills including Excel, experience of using V-lookups, pivots and formulas
Able to demonstrate a clear ability to multi task
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Friday - 9.00am - 4.00pm
Salary:
£10.00ph - £11.00ph
£18,980 - £20,878 when permanent
