Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator with Sage 50 experience to join our small Groundworks company on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 weeks.

We are looking at a start date of mid-January.

The hours and days are fairly flexible, however a minimum of 15 hours would be required.

Duties are varied however will include.

  • Inputting onto Sage 50, including VAT returns
  • Invoicing customers
  • Creating quotations for potential new business
  • Payroll and CIS returns
  • Helping with Advertising

Salary is dependent upon experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Sage experience and a good telephone manner is essential. Experience: office administration: 2 years (Required)
