Job Description

I am working with a Fast Growing Commerce business that is expanding their European presence due to ongoing growth , The role is based 5 minute walk from the Train station so easy links from Leeds Centre or Bradford Centre

The role will suit someone looking to start an HR career and who understands the need for confidentiality. It involves the following tasks:

  • Keeping HR spreadsheets up to date.
  • Dealing with staff returning to work after absences.
  • Filing tasks.
  • Arranging job interviews and obtaining references.
  • Writing letters.
  • Keeping our Time Tracker up to date and dealing with any clocking in/out issues.
  • General administration duties.

Full training will be given. This is a new job and offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to grow with the role and embark on a successful career.

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Keen to start a career in HR. Have strong Administration Experience. Can work with sensitive confidential information.
