Job Description

We are looking for a general administration person to help process and run orders within a busy garage door company.

You will be a confident person with exceptional organizational skills. Good memory, a quick thinker, and attention to detail. You will be expected to track and organize diaries efficiently and be able to work on your own initiative.

A pleasant telephone manner is required since you will be expected to answer calls direct from our customers together with liaising with our fitters and suppliers.

General Day to Day Activities.

Answering of company phone.

Pre-Sales advice on repairs and new garage doors. Emailing quotes with brochures and advising on pricing.

Booking in quotes, installations and repairs onto diary system based on location. Knowledge of the local area, towns, and region is a must.

General Admin included scanning in quote documents, checking payments, and following up quotations given with customers.

You will also be responsible for stock control, ordering of materials, and checking purchase orders against invoices.

Generally we need a great all-rounder who can help push our sales forward.
