Job Description

Customer Order Management: To ensure customers’ orders are progressed swiftly and processed in line with company and customer expectations.

Customer Relationship: To actively maintain a positive relationship with each customer keeping them fully informed at all times.

Data Management: To accurately manage and input customer orders and vehicle data into the Mutability and Kerridge systems, to order the base vehicles from the manufacturers (e.g. Ford, Renault, VW), and to provide accurate information to both customers and management.

Customer Satisfaction: To work pro-actively with the sales and production team to achieve customer satisfaction objectives and to ensure that the customer is dealt with professionally in line with company standards.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates will only be considered if they have similar experience in motor retail. Knowledge of Kerridge is preferred but not essential. Experience: motor retail: 1 year (Required)
