Procurement
Support NPD and commercial teams by liaising with suppliers to obtain prices, samples and specifications.
Develop strong relationships with supply chain and operations by providing assistance when required.
Contribute towards achieving KPI’s by collaborating with Technical Services to ensure all documents are correct and signed off.
Supply Chain
Management of retailer databases for all exported products from the UK.
Data input and coordination of data from supply chain, warehouse and technical departments.
Collection of internal traceability information for retail products
Applying for export health certificates.
Coordination of vet inspections for product exported outside of the UK.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have the ability to perform work independently by following an associated processes strictly and persistently. Be approachable – this role is relied upon by many areas of the business. Previous Admin Processing experience would be advantageous. Be computer Literate. Have desire and ability to learn new skills, and ways of working. Be assertive and able to challenge all members of the team including senior team members. Demonstrate a professional behavior and track record of dealing with customers and external stakeholders confidently. Have good communication skills and be able to build relationships with all Solina UK teams. Proactive approach and ability to take full ownership of tasks. Have strong organizational skills. Be able to cope under pressure and flex with peaks in personal workload as well as support team members in delivering their objectives. Hold a full driving license – as the business travel between sites will be required. Experience: Supply Chain: 1 year (Preferred)
