Job Description

The Finance Director will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and the business are open to considering an individual who is ready to step up into a Finance Director role. Previous experience of supervising large teams would be beneficial and a history of working within logistics is essential. The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders is also a key requisite for the role and the organisation are looking for an individual who is not afraid to make changes and challenge where appropriate. Key duties for the position will include:

• Supervision of the transactional and commercial finance teams
• Reporting financial performance weekly and monthly to the CFO/COO
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Business partner with the wider commercial team
• Create and develop key KPIs throughout the business
• Be the finance lead on business reviews and new tenders
• Management of a large team
• Ad-hoc analysis and projects
