Job Description

An interim finance director is required by a mid-market private equity firm to develop and manage the finances of a newly set up UK real estate fund. The business has funds of £500m to deploy on residential property assets over the next 5 years but in the short term an interim finance director is required to set up all aspects of finance, and in addition support the CEO on £50m-£100m of property investments.

The successful person will possess the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience working within property investment
• Board level experience ideally from within private equity
• Working with demanding stakeholders including external investors

This position will work on a remote basis and require a start in January.
