Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee the financial and commercial functions across the group
• Partner with the CEO & CFO to bring the strategic vision of the business to life
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting and cashflow globally
• Cultivating stakeholder relationships internally and externally
• Take an active role in developing and driving the strategic focus of the organisation
• Review and monitoring of Group statutory accounts & tax position, calculations and filings
• Develop, lead and grow finance functions in multiple jurisdictions
• Lead on all aspects of accounting operations such as receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
• Ensure that all the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation
• Assisting with key acquisitions and disposals across the group
• Monitor banking activities of the organisation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Significant Experience working within investor backed businesses Experience leading a finance function within an international company Experience working within a technology or fintech business Chartered Accountant or similar qualification Extensive experience in developing relationships with demanding stakeholders
