Job Description
The business is growing through acquisition therefore require a Finance Manager to oversea the finance function whilst integrating newly acquired businesses and aligning processes
Responsibilities;
- Preparation of quarterly management for the bank for 6 Companies
- Preparation of reports for the bank including detailed debtors and creditors, consolidated balance sheet and inter Company loans matrix.
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns for submission to the external accountants
- Preparation of year end accounts packs to submit to the external Company accountants
- Review of rentals received from residents on a monthly basis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a finance function who can work without supervision.
