Job Description

They are looking for an apprentice to join the fast growing stationary business to complete general administration duties and help with mug production.

Duties will include:

  • Produce stock to meet customer orders
  • Answering telephones responding to emails dealing with customers
  • Help with production and creation of new mugs
  • Check deliveries against paperwork
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Quality control check
  • Arrange deliveries for customer orders
  • Maintain relevant software applications to manage stock levels and orders
  • Order packaging materials
  • Process administrative duties
  • Research work to support online brands

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Managing website functions and social media
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments
  • Purchasing
