Job Description
They are looking for an apprentice to join the fast growing stationary business to complete general administration duties and help with mug production.
Duties will include:
- Produce stock to meet customer orders
- Answering telephones responding to emails dealing with customers
- Help with production and creation of new mugs
- Check deliveries against paperwork
- Pick and pack orders
- Quality control check
- Arrange deliveries for customer orders
- Maintain relevant software applications to manage stock levels and orders
- Order packaging materials
- Process administrative duties
- Research work to support online brands
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Managing website functions and social media
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
- Purchasing
