Reception Duties including administration, weekly machine list checks, weekly first aid checks and answering calls.
Assist with lower level accounts, transactional postings, matching invoices to delivery notes and inputting onto the system. Eventually taking ownership of the purchase ledger.
Stock control, booking in and checking deliveries. Allocation of stock to projects. Inputting sales orders and producing delivery notes.
