Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for all of our patients, you will be taking them through their journey delivering a first-class patient experience both face to face and over the telephone. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the appointment books, answering/directing calls, and various other administrative tasks.
This is a full-time role working: Monday 08.30am to 07.00pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 08.30am to 05.30pm

Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
