Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for all of our patients, you will be taking them through their journey delivering a first-class patient experience both face to face and over the telephone. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the appointment books, answering/directing calls, and various other administrative tasks.

This is a full-time role working: Monday 08.30am to 07.00pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 08.30am to 05.30pm

Schedule:

  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We don’t need you to know anything about dentistry as we will provide full training. We want you to truly have a genuine passion for delivering a 5* customer service experience for all our patients. Keeping people happy and making them smile will in turn make you fulfilled!
