Job Description

Our client are an established business who have been trading for many years, specializing in the Manufacture, Installation, Maintenance & Repair on all types of Loading Bay Equipment and Industrial Doors. Based from offices in Kirklees, they are looking for an Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis

Working hours are Monday to Friday (40 hour week).

Full-time, Permanent Position

  • Maintain Vehicle excel schedule and vehicle documents for the Engineers vehicles.
  • Organize Tracker installation and removal on vehicle exchanges.
  • Insurance claims - Send out paperwork and liaise between the driver and insurance brokers etc.
  • Arranging vehicle maintenance i.e. windscreen, glass, tyre replacements.
  • Dealing with minor accidents/incidents and motoring offences including speeding and parking.
  • Ensuring MOT's and Servicing are carried out on time and all vehicles are taxed.
  • Analysis of mileage and fuel usage.
  • Maintain fleet database with mileage and service details.
  • Other general administrative tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills. Previous experience working in a Fleet Administration Role. Excellent work ethic and credibility. The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in the industrial door/loading bay industry advantageous but not essential.
