Working with the head of finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting information, assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and providing general administrative support to the wider company. An all-round role giving exposure to the full scope of the accounting function requiring tenacity and attention to detail while working to strict deadlines.
Duties include: -
· Processing sales orders & Purchase Orders
· Processing customer renewals & raising sales invoices.
· Credit control & cash collection.
· Bank posting & reconciliation's.
· Report production & analysis.
· Answering the telephone.
· Filing of own work.
Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time, liaising with estate agents, maintaining health & safety records and other small administrative tasks.

The company provides tools and equipment and will provide training and guidance on the use of tools, equipment and duties where required. Commonly used tools are: -
