This exciting opportunity will offer exposure across a large variety of tasks, that include;
Managing a team of Finance Officers
Coaching and developing your team
Forecasting and budgeting
Providing support to stakeholders across the central services team
Improving and implementing new financial processes
Delivering the 3-year budget plan strategy
Reviewing the monthly management accounts
Ad-hoc reporting
Presenting accounts to senior members within the Trust
Salary and Benefits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) and have experience of line managing individuals within the finance function. During the interview process you will be able to showcase your skills presenting financial information and this will be integral in playing a part of your success in the role. You will be a pro-active, self-starter with a high level of professional integrity.
