Preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Attending board meetings and preparing minutes as the company secretary.
Fully responsible for Sales/ Purchase Ledger
Fully responsible for control of Nominal Accounts and Management Accounts
Manage and control of cash flow and Bank accounts including all bank reconciliation
Supervision of annual audits and HMRC inspections
Analysis and viability of budgets and new projects
Reporting of all HMRC and Companies House returns
