Our Ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role or industry however this is not essential as training will be given. You will need to be confident in conducting yourself both via the telephone and by email. You will provide a vital link between clients, local authorities and the Company. The role is demanding, extremely fast paced, diverse and involves responsibility for key accounts and being proactive.
As a Bookings Administrator your duties will include:
· Responsible for the running of specific customer accounts as the primary point of contact
· Working closely with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of works.
· The booking of traffic management installations & associated permits with local authorities/agencies.
· Following up and progressing applications through to approval.
· Customer development - building relationships with customers.
· Proficient customer service skills.
· Customer and council liaison – including attending meetings where required.
· Dealing with queries as required.
· Accurately updating the Company’s bespoke database system.
