Job Description
Proactive and organized your duties will include assisting the Depot Manager in the smooth running of the office, to provide front desk support in meeting and greeting visitors and handling calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, filing and scanning documents and general day to day office duties.
Training will be provided on our bespoke computer systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in administration and strong knowledge of MS Office along with good attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and strong communication skills.
