Job Description

Your day-to-day

People

  • Work with Head Office and Hotel teams to handle invoice and memo as they arise.
  • Check invoice and memo before getting approval of Head of Operations.
  • Develop and maintain great working relationships with key reports within Heeton.
  • Work closely with key business leaders.

Financial

  • Support the Head of Operations UK with day to day and ad-hoc tasks
  • Analysis of weekly results and forecast ready for Call Over
  • Analyzing daily revenue management reports for hotel
  • Analysis of weekly commentary performance report
  • Complete new and existing projects to support the Head of Operations.
  • Complete Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting and Analysis
  • Accountabilities

The Hospitality Admin Assistant will be responsible for reporting and analysis of property performance data plus, initiating and completing projects. You are a detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time and at or under budget.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hospitality Management Graduate. Ability to work with the minimum supervision. Must speak fluent English. Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills.
